Anime Express Convention Information

Volunteer Information:

    Volunteers are needed. Those who volunteer recieve a free weekend pass to the convention. Those who wish to volunteer can contact staff at erauanime@gmail.com

Volunteers for Anime Express will be working the following time frames:
Sierra Force: 7am - 11am
Tango Force: 11am - 3pm
Uniform Force: 3pm - 7pm
Victory Force: 7pm - Midnight

These may be subject to change. Also note, that volunteers and staff arrive and leave an hour before the convention will start/end. Please do not mistake this and accidentally show up late for your shift or leave early.

Volunteer Information Form:

All persons interested in volunteering for or staffing Anime Express must download, fill out, and submit a volunteer information sheet. Please send this form to erauanime@gmail.com

This is just so that we can help better assign those wishing to volunteer or staff Anime Express X. Again any volunteer form submissions go to erauanime@gmail.com, and can be sent in anytime up until the friday of the convention. You may also request to volunteer when at the convention, at the registration desk, BUT if our staff is FULL you're out of luck. This is on a first come first serve basis. If we don't have a position for you, there's nothing we can do.
