Anime Express Convention Information

CALLING ALL DEALERS!
Would you like to bring your wares to Florida's longest running anime convention?

- Cost per 5' by 10' space (includes 6' table and four chairs):
  deadline and rate for 2008 TBA

After the deadline spaces may no longer be pre-reserved and may be purchased at the convention if space is available. It is not guaranteed there will be space, however.
 

- Attendance for convention (2006) is approx 1000
- 2008 Attendance Goal: 1500!
(Please note, due to a tornado the convention had to be canceled for 2007)

ANIME EXPRESS DEALERS PACKET 2008

Thank you for your interest in Anime Express! The annual Convention is sponsored by the Embry-Riddle Anything Goes Anime Club and will convene for its tenth year in March 2008 at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida, just about a mile from Daytona Beach international airport.

The schedule for the 2008 Exhibit Hall is as follows:

* Friday: 5pm-7pm Set up

* Friday: 7pm-10pm Open for business

* Saturday: 7am-9am Set up

* Saturday: 9am-7pm Open for business

* Sunday: 7am-9am Set up/Vendor arrival

* Sunday: 9am-3pm Open for business

* Sunday: 3-6pm Tear Down

This year, each booth will include one (1) un-skirted 6 foot table, four (4) chairs, and up to 4 (4) Vendor passes. Additional passes must be requested.

At this time, Anime Express is not allowing preference of selection of table location in the new Exhibit Hall area.

Please read the entire contract. There will be some changes over the previous years.
